Me and one of my friends are running with the visions of taking this to schools and to our communities and eventually to as much people as we can. How we are attempting to do this is through firstly getting our message out there and printing shirts and stickers and spreading it. We are in the process of setting up blogs and websites all with the hope of making a differance in our world and community.
The aim of STAY ALIVE FRIEND is to let people know that their story does matter, that there is Hope in this world. We aim to fight this enemy that comes through suicide, cutting, depression, and addiction. We want to stretch out our arms to LOVE and to bring healing and truth. We only live once, so while we have this gift of life, we need to use it wisely and make every moment count. We believe in the power of community, music and arts to connect people with God. We believe in journeying and being real about who we are and that sometimes it is ok not to be ok... We are not out to be better than anyone else or more Holy, we just simply have discovered in our lives that we have a story to share, and thats what we want to do. Alive to live, Alive to breathe the breath of a thousand stories. We know of pain, We know of lonliness. Its an all to familiar song of reality. We seek to find a story to be apart off...
